Policies
*Purchaser, by acceptance of this invoice and the merchandise described, contracts and agrees with seller that the seller may charge service charge
of 1.5% on all accounts 30 days past due. Seller is not responsible for left over 30 days.
*Retighten lug nuts after 25 miles. Retighten lift kits after 300 miles.
*No warranties on used merchandise, 20% charge for restocking fee on
returned items.
*No refunds on special orders.
*Deposits are good for 90 days ONLY
*Limited WARRANTIES
Time warranty on manufacture defect ONLY, on Pro-Rated Basis.These warranties do not cover tire damage, destruction or failure from line, vandalism, or accident, irregular or premature tread wear caused by improper inflation, misalignment, or imbalance of wheels, worn out, shock absorbers or brakes; damage or failure due to other non-tire causes such as being run flat, use of wrong size tube, mechanical condition, of the vehicle, cuts from rim or chains, or any willful use. JAYS TIRE SHOP shall not be liable for consequential, special, or contingent damages or expenses arising from any incidents.
WARNING TO DRIVER: If your vehicle has been modified to enhance off-road performance and has unique handling characteristics. Because of the
higher center of gravity and/or larger tires and wheels, this vehicle has a higher risk to roll-over or loss of control differently than your stock vehicle
both on and off road extreme care should be taken to prevent vehicle roll over or loss of control which can result in serious injury or death. Avoid
sudden sharp turns or abrupt maneuvers. Slow down be sure to get comfortable with your newly modified vehicle. Finally, be sure that you
and your passengers use their seatbelts at all times.
IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION: It is the customers sole responsibility to have all nuts and bolts rechecked for tightness and proper fitments with 10 days after delivery, and then every 3,000
thereafter, please return vehicle to Jays Tire Shop location so it can be done for your free of charge. This is a critical for your safety and the safety
of the people around you. Failure to do so can result in property malfunction which, in turn, can lead to serious injury or death. Also, wheel
alignment and steering wheel, suspension and driveline systems should be inspected by qualified mechanic AT LEAST every 300 miles to ensure the
safety of your vehicle.
